Q 1. What is ChargeTM Wallet?

ANS. ChargeTM Wallet is just like a wallet. In case your transaction fails, your money is deposited back in your ChargeTM Wallet. You could use the money in ChargeTM wallet to do another recharge.

Q 2. What is ChargeTM wallet and how to use it?

ANS. ChargeTM Wallet is an online wallet for ChargeTM registered users. Sometimes, a recharge might fail due to network failure, invalid amount, invalid operator, etc. and that amount would be added to ChargeTM Wallet. More over there are no extra charges for the recharges done through ChargeTM Wallet.

Q 3. How to add money in ChargeTM Wallet and how much time will it takes?

ANS. You can go to wallet screen from the menu and enter the amount you wish to add to ChargeTM Wallet. Then you can select the payment option like credit/debit card or netbanking to make the payment. Amount would be added instantly to wallet once payment is completed.

Q 4. Payment deducted from bank but ChargeTM Wallet balance did not updated?

ANS. Check your wallet balance! If the wallet balance is not increased that means your payment transaction was not successful in real time. Sometimes, due to technical reasons, we may not receive response from the bank for your payment request. In such case, we assume it as a payment attempt. It is possible that the money has been debited from your bank and not added to the wallet. Please contact to the customer care, We will verify your query and within 24 hours money will be added to your ChargeTM Wallet.

Q 5. Is there any validity for using ChargeTM Wallet account?

ANS. No, ChargeTM Wallet has no expiry Date. You can use it at any time.

Q 6. How can i check my ChargeTM Wallet balance?

ANS. You can simply login into your www.ChargeTM.com account. There is an option of ChargeTM Wallet where you can check your wallet balance details.

Q 1. The status of my recharge is pending. What should i do?

ANS. We request you to wait for 10 - 15 mins. Sometimes recharges take longer than usual. In case your recharge is not done in the next 15 mins. Please write to us at info@chargetm.com, we will respond to you as soon as possible.

ANS. Sometimes due to technical reason or delayed response from the bank the recharge shows as failed even though the amount has been deducted from your account. Be assured that your amount is totally secure and as per bank procedure it would be refunded within 2-12 working days.
